The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, is proposing rules that implement federal air quality regulations.
These rules will affect dry cleaners in Oregon using perchloroethylene, as well as many other types of businesses. These rules will change how DEQ implements Oregon's existing Dry Cleaner Program.
