Please accept this invitation to represent your company and display your products and services at the ODCA Annual Convention and Table Top Display. This is an excellent opportunity for you to reach the dry cleaners in Oregon as well as some attendees from other states (WA, CA, ID).  In addition to an interesting and informative education program, we have also planned some social activities to enjoy with renewed acquaintances and provide opportunities to meet new friends.

TABLE TOP REGISTRATION FEE:

NON-MEMBERS      $350.00

Fee includes one Convention registration to all regular events, plus:

8 x 8 area with 6 Foot table, draped             One Continental Breakfast

SET-UP/BREAK-DOWN:

Table Top Displays may be set up after 3:00 p.m. on September 26th. Table Top Displays open at 6:00p.m. Friday.  Breakdown should be completed by 6:00p.m. Saturday, September 27

The agreement between ODCA and the table top display exhibitors of the 2008 Annual Conference covers the time from 3:00pm Friday September 25th until 11:00 pm Saturday, September 26th. The exhibitor assumes the responsibility for setting up and dismantling the tabletop display. By signing this registration form, exhibitor agrees to waive and hold harmless ODCA from any liabilities for the safety of its table top display and other property against robbery, fire, accident, or any other hazard whatsoever, personal property owned, rented or leased by the exhibitor is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
I understand that ODCA has no obligation to refund all or part of the tabletop fee. I have read the Exhibitor Agreement and information and agree to comply with its terms.

Hotel Reservations:

Your hotel accommodations should be reserved directly with the Seven Feathers Hotel .  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; checkout time is 11:00 a.m.  Toll Free: (888)677-7771 Seven Feathers also has RV parking.  The room rate for the Convention is $107.00 double occupancy per night  If you sign up for a players card this price may be reduced at check-out.

ODCA'S room block will be released on September 12, 2007.  Make sure you make your room reservations EARLY to get this special rate!
