Oregon Dry Cleaners Assoication
Tom Mosher was President of the Oregon Dry Cleaners Association in 1966 when he passed away. His wife Lois finished his term. To honor his dedication to the industry, ODCA annually presents the Tom Mosher Award. This award recognizes the Outstanding Dry Cleaner of the Year.
The criteria for selection includes participation in the Association, the Dry Cleaning industry and his or her community.
